A recent survey, conducted by independent third party service Woodland, O’Brien & Scott, revealed that homebuyers in five American Legend communities (Castle Hills West, Westridge, Paloma Creek, Reserve at Castle Hills, Ridgeview Farms) were so satisfied with their ALH home that they had a 100 percent willingness to refer ALH to their friends and families. The willingness to refer rate for all ALH communities for the first half of 2010 is an impressive 98 percent!

American Legend Homes (ALH) is pleased to announce Jordan P. McMakin as the newest member of its sales team. Jordan will be representing American Legend Homes in the Frisco community of Stonewater Crossing.
Jordan comes to ALH with a successful career in both real estate and sales. Most recently, she worked as a residential and commercial broker in the DFW area, representing both buyers and sellers, as well as managing several commercial properties in the DFW area. As a sales consultant for Darling Homes, she was recognized four out of six years as the company’s highest volume salesperson, along with being awarded “Salesperson of the Month” 25 times while with the company. She also worked for Sears Contract Sales, a division of Sears Roebuck & Company that sells high end appliance packages to homebuilders, landing a $10 million account, the largest account to that date, and earning Account Manager of the Year.
