American Legend Homes Announces Record-Setting Growth in 2009

Despite a challenging economy, ALH new home sales for 2009 increased 73.2 percent from 2008 sales. In 2009, American Legend sold 213 homes, compared to 123 in new home sales in 2008. Vance Timm, president of ALH, attributes the growth to quality and great locations throughout the Metroplex. He anticipates it will continue in 2010, with expansion into the Lantana and Frisco communities.
“Our homes are award-winning and energy efficient, and offer striking architectural detail, great curb appeal and outstanding value,” said Timm. In addition to the Lantana and Frisco communities, ALH continues to perform very well in the Castle Hills community with record sales – 85 within nine months – in the community’s newest phase alone.
