Elizabeth has worked as member of our sales team for 14 years and has been in the home building industry for 28 years! We are excited to share more about Elizabeth's time with American Legend Homes and highlight her experience and expertise in the industry. Q: What makes you most proud of working for American Legend homes? 

A: I am most proud of our people and our product. As the most senior salesperson in the company, I have always been confident in the quality product that we offer and the excellence of every one of our team members. 

Q: What positive feedback do you get from American Legend home buyers throughout the home buying process? 

A: Buyers frequently comment that our continuous communications with them throughout the process gives them a surprising level of comfort and confidence during a period they anticipated would be stressful. 

Q: How does American Legend Homes stand out from other builders? 

A: The level of experience of both our salespeople and construction team sets us apart. Additionally, the ability to customize architecturally and decoratively allows the buyer to turn our work into their home. 

Q: What home building or design elements are your buyers most impressed with? 

A: Light and bright homes are our buyers’ most frequent requests. Buyers are impressed at how our high ceilings and large windows provide an abundance of natural light. They also appreciate the ability to incorporate light wood floors, bright countertops and specific paint colors throughout their home, which results in the brightness they desire. 

Q: What can you tell us about your American Legend community?

A: Star Trail is an upscale master-planned community in Prosper. Our homes range from 2,200 square feet to 4,400 square feet and start from $600,000. 

The amenities in this community are phenomenal. There is a community clubhouse with party rooms, extensive outdoor lounge areas with a fireplace and big screen TV, and three resort-style pools: a sunning pool, leisure pool and children’s pool. There are also two party pavilions complete with grills and outdoor dining tables, a one-acre children's playground with a covered picnic pavilion, and two lighted tennis courts. 

Q: What do you want people to know about American Legend Homes and the home-buying process? 

A: American Legend homes knows that purchasing and building a home is a significant event for every family. I want our buyers to know that we are focused on doing everything we can to allow them to enjoy being part of the process so that their memories of building the house are as positive as the ones they will make in their home.
