New year brings new American Legend Homes projects to the horizon

As American Legend Homes  and Belclaire Homes look forward to 2023, we’re excited to begin new projects in both new and existing communities.

This winter, we’ll join the Sweetgrass community in the growing city of Haslet north of Fort Worth. Sweetgrass – in the Northwest ISD – is just a short drive from the Alliance Town Square and will feature hike and bike trails, a clubhouse and other amenities. An additional phase of homes in the Sweetgrass community is slated for the spring.

We will also focus on the new Bridgewater community in Midlothian, south of Arlington. Bridgewater’s proximity to Midlothian ISD schools and entertainment options will make it a great place to call home.

We're excited to begin an additional phase of Belclaire Homes this winter in the Canyon Falls community. Canyon Falls is located in the growing town of Argyle just east of I-35 near Cross Timbers Road. The nearly 1,200-acre community boasts resort-style amenities and takes full advantage of nature’s gifts in the area. Its easy access to surrounding cities like Denton and Fort Worth brings residents even closer to city life with a peaceful retreat at home.

In the spring, Star Trail in Prosper will see a new phase accompanied by all new models of American Legend Homes. Star Trails’ more than 900 acres boasts an array of private amenities and currently features American Legend Homes ranging from 2,200 to 4,500 square feet. Star Trail is located in the highly ranked Prosper ISD.

The Grove Frisco will also see a new phase of homes on its 735 acres, where residents enjoy amenities such as resort-style pools, a fitness center, playgrounds and more. As part of the four-corners area of Frisco, Allen, McKinney and Plano, The Grove is a convenient drive to everything from stellar schools to employers and shopping. Also on the horizon for The Grove is a stocked lake for a fishing escape.

We will also bring a new phase of builds to Union Park in the nearby town of Little Elm, part of Denton ISD. Our current plans range from 2,168 to 3,700 square feet near Union Park’s 30-acre wooded park, fishing pond and more. With its proximity to Lewisville Lake to the south and Frisco to the east, Union Park balances small-town living with big city opportunities.

The Lewisville development of Castle Hills will continue its rapid growth with a new phase of townhomes. Castle Hills multifamily home residents enjoy nearby dining, entertainment and other options nearby with easy access to SH 121. 

2023 is going to be a fantastic year for our American Legend and Belclaire families! We look forward to celebrating all year with you!
