We love our American Legend team members!

Friday, March 4, is Employee Appreciation Day and a great time to show your team members just how much you appreciate their hard work and dedication! Here at American Legend Homes, we show appreciation for our team all year around!

Our recent employee appreciation events included an “Orange you glad it’s Friday” happy hour and early release. Employees enjoyed mimosas before heading out at 3 p.m. Our Halloween event featured a costume contest with prizes, lots of Halloween candy and even more laughs (we ended up with two Cruella de Vils!).

Our “DoNut know what we would do without our employees” event was a perfectly sweet way to start off a morning. Our logoed jackets, presented to all employees and modeled here by Team Tribute, are the perfect, casual weekend wear and complement the logoed baseball caps that we provided to our construction teams. 

Tiff’s Treats, with just-baked, warm cookies and ice-cold milk for dunking, were front and center in possibly our most popular employee appreciation event. “No matter how the cookie crumbles, you are the best employees around” was the tagline for that get-together! YUM! 

We got the weekend started early for our employees with our beer cart, which made the rounds on a Friday afternoon, and there was a lot of friendly rivalry on College Colors Day! Our employees also appreciated the Starbucks and Amazon gift cards they received in March and November! American Legend’s appreciation program also recognizes an Employee of the Month, which spotlights our team members who go above and beyond in their efforts at work.

American Legend Homes is a family-owned company that is proud to have built thousands of homes in DFW and Northern Colorado communities. We are also proud of the family environment we have created here at the office. We look forward to celebrating our employees today and throughout the year!
