Meet American Legend's Amy Woy

American Legend Homes would like to introduce you to Amy Woy! Amy, one of our amazing sales consultants, has worked at American Legend Homes for five years.  Get to know more about Amy as she shares some of her experiences and gives us an inside look into her time with American Legend Homes.

Q: How long have you been in the home building business and how long with American Legend Homes?

A: I’ve been in the home building and real estate industry for 23 years and with American Legend Homes for five years.

Q: American Legend Homes is a great company. What is something that you’re most proud of as an employee of American Legend Homes?  

A: As a sales consultant for American Legend Homes, I am given the opportunity to listen to what our buyers want most and then relay that information to our management team. This feedback is provided to our architects, who then respond by updating some of our current floor plans or creating new floor plans that meet the needs of the current market. It’s incredibly rewarding to see these changes incorporated into new floor plans and become customer favorites.

Q: What positive feedback do you get from American Legend Homes buyers throughout the home buying process?

A: I recently received the following feedback from our buyers:

Q: What home building or design elements are you excited to see in American Legend Homes? And what are you hearing from buyers that they are most excited about?

A: At The Tribute, we have opportunities to build homes with lakeside views. We created several new floor plans with an option to add a balcony to emphasize the incredible views. Buyers love the flexible options American Legend offers to customize their homes for the way they live.

Q: Tell us more about the Tribute, the community you are selling in.

A: The Tribute in The Colony is a lakeside community surrounded by 23 miles of Lake Lewisville but still conveniently located just minutes away from the region’s top shopping, dining and employment destinations. Q: What do you want people to know about American Legend Homes and the home-buying process?

A: One of the most important things to convey is that we listen to our buyers. We want to help them find the right home and home site that fits their lifestyle. We also keep them informed throughout the process by sending pictures of their home’s progress on a regular basis. If they have questions about construction, they have direct contact with their construction manager. We genuinely care about providing them with an exceptional stress-free home-buying experience.
